If you wish to purchase any product made available through this Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, email address, your billing and/or delivery address.

All Orders submitted through this Website are subject to acceptance by The Nested Sprout.
Once you submit your Order, you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your Order. This email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the Order or an offer to sell products. The Nested Sprout reserves the right to refuse an Order for any reason, and/or correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies on this Website in relation to price, product availability or product descriptions.
Acceptance of all Orders is subject to The Nested Sprout confirming availability and price for products ordered. If your Order is rejected for any reason, you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the Order.
3. Pricing
All prices on this Website are displayed in Australian dollars and you will be charged in Australian dollars. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery
Goods will only be delivered to addresses within Australia. The Nested Sprout will not deliver to a locked bag or parcel locker.
All Orders within Australia are posted with tracking via Australia Post, which should typically reach you within 2 to 7 business days following dispatch. During peak periods, delivery may take a little longer and The Nested Sprout takes no responsibility for any postal delays.
If you require Express Postage on your Order, this will incur additional cost.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Faulty Items
The Nested Sprout appreciates your purchase and aims for 100% satisfaction. We take the upmost pride and care in ensuring the highest quality of each and every The Nested Sprout product.
In the unlikely event of a fault or defect in any of our products, please contact us immediately. The Nested Sprout can assist with your return of a faulty item by offering a replacement, credit or refund. The Nested Sprout will only offer you a replacement, credit or refund if the goods are returned within 30 days from the date of the Order, and upon assessment that the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault.
We will not offer a replacement, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the incorrect caring for the item, or because any packaging is damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the goods themselves.
We do not offer exchange, credit or refund of any products for change of mind.

The Nested Sprout has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. 7. Gift Vouchers
All The Nested Sprout Gift Vouchers purchased have a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for any of our The Nested Sprout products from the Website. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Gift Vouchers have no additional processing fees.
If a purchase made using a Gift Voucher is for less than the amount of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be available for future use (subject to the 3 year expiry date). If a purchase made using a Gift Voucher is for more than the amount of the Gift Voucher, the purchaser will be required to pay the extra amount. Any balance that remains after the expiry date will be forfeited.
8. General
Your access to this Website may be cancelled without notice if you are in breach of these Terms. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by The Nested Sprout will continue after cancellation.
The Nested Sprout may, as reasonably required from time to time, amend these Terms. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by all amendments, and you should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms at any given time which govern your relationship with The Nested Sprout.
These Terms and your use of this Website are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
